I'm there myself. At every check-in, at every check-out, and if something goes wrong, I call you myself. Even when it isn't good news.
What I do for you
I handle bookings, guest communication, check-in and check-out, cleaning and linen. For small emergencies, I come and look myself. You have one point of contact, and that's me. I live here, I'm at the door for every check-in and check-out, and if anything comes up, you hear it from me. Even when it isn't good news.
Rentals & listings
Your home is listed on Airbnb and Booking.com, and on my own website. Bookings from all those channels come together with me, so there's nothing for you to follow up.
Guest communication
Guests are in touch with me, from their first question until check-out. If something comes up during their stay, I sort it out on the spot, and bring in the right specialist when needed.
Keys & check-in
No key box. I welcome the guests myself, walk them through the house and show them how the wifi, the air conditioning and the heating work. I'm there when they leave, too. In my experience, guests take better care of a house when they know there's a real person to contact.
Cleaning & linen
After every stay the house is cleaned, bed and bath linen included. No standard sheets: every house has its own linen, in colours that suit the house. I arrange the cupboards and the small things nicely, so everything looks cared for when guests arrive.
Maintenance & supervision
For small emergencies I'm the first point of contact, and I come and look myself.
Legal requirements
In Spain every guest has to be registered with SES Hospedajes, the mandatory guest registration.
Monthly statement and report
One invoice a month, sent straight to your accountant. Names, nights and prices are all on it, so you don't have to look anything up.

Checks after a storm
After a storm I drive past every house I manage, without being asked, to make sure everything is fine. I simply let the owners know I'm going to have a look.
