Who is responsible

Casa Lux Rentals is the trading name of Annick Vanryckeghem, self-employed (autónoma) in Spain, NIE Y6905954, Calle Pinazo 22, 03726 Benitachell (Alicante), Spain. If you have a question about your data, email info@casaluxrentals.com.

What data I collect

Through the contact form: your name, your email address, your phone number if you fill it in, your message, and whether you're a guest or an owner. Nothing more.

When you visit the website, the hosting provider records technical data such as your IP address, your browser and the pages you view. This is needed to run the website and keep it secure.

What I use it for

I use your data to answer your question and, if you wish, to discuss a stay or working together. I don't send you newsletters or advertising.

The legal basis is article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (steps you ask for before there is an agreement) and, for the technical data, article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in a secure website).

How long I keep it

I keep your message for as long as needed to deal with your question, and after that for a maximum of 12 months. If it leads to a booking or to working together, I keep the data for as long as the law requires, for example for the accounts.

Who else sees your data

I don't sell your data and I don't share it for commercial purposes. The website runs on Lovable, and messages from the contact form are stored with Supabase, the database behind the website. They only process the data on my instructions.

Cookies

This website doesn't use cookies for statistics or advertising.

Your rights

You can see your data, have it corrected or have it deleted. You can also object, have the processing restricted, or request your data so you can take it elsewhere. Email info@casaluxrentals.com to do so. You'll get an answer within one month.

If you're not happy with how I handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be on this page, with the date at the top.
