I only work on the northern Costa Blanca, within half an hour's drive of my own home.

This is where I live. Cumbre del Sol sits high on the coast between Moraira and Javea, in the municipality of Benitachell. It's a quiet residential area with sea views. Below it lie two coves, Cala del Moraig and Cala de Llebeig. Casa Bonica is here too. Bring a car, because everything is on a slope.

You recognise Calpe by the Peñón de Ifach, the rock that rises straight out of the sea. Villa Infinita and Casa Tinick are both in Empedrola, a quiet neighbourhood above the town, about ten minutes from the beach and the centre. From Villa Infinita you look out over the Peñón.

Benissa has an old town inland and a coastline with small coves, between Moraira and Calpe.

Javea has a varied coastline: pebble coves, two capes and a harbour, with the Montgó mountain behind it. Villa Mi Lugar is here, five minutes from Cala Clemence, a picturesque little beach with a charming restaurant by the sea.
