Casa Lux Rentals is your trusted partner for the exclusive rental of properties in the beautiful Costa Blanca North, with our expertise and know-how of the region we help new and existing owners to more turnover and more convenience in the rental and management of their properties.

Outsourcing the rental saves you a lot of time and money and ensures the correct return on your home, we assist you in taking this entire process into our hands.

We enter into an annual collaboration in which we charge a percentage commission on the total price of the booking for our services and a fixed rate for cleaning per rental period:

Setting up and advertising your property on various booking websites (Booking, Airbnb, Expedia, Agora,…)
Market research and price calculation to keep the profitability of your property as high as possible
Management, follow-up and rental of your property
Personal check-in and check-out of tenants with key handover
First point of contact for tenants, as well as for minor emergencies
Cleaning of the property between rental periods and seasonal deep cleaning

MANAGEMENT SERVICE

With a seasonal cleaning, we always first discuss the points that you would like to have cleaned. This depends on the size of your holiday home and your wishes and is not included as standard in our management service.

Cleaning between rental periods

General cleaning and make-up of the property:
- Washing and changing of linen and towels
- Cleaning of all surfaces
- Disinfecting, cleaning and descaling of the bathroom(s)
- Vacuuming and mopping of the rooms
- Cupboard cleaning
We will remove the necessary food odours from your refrigerator and defrost your freezer if necessary
Cleaning and disinfecting will be done with approved products. This way everyone can enjoy a unique holiday, with complete peace of mind.
The cleaning team of Casa Lux Rentals uses its own cleaning products and materials.

Seasonal cleaning

Have you ever thought about having a spring or autumn cleaning done? This way your accommodation is completely ready for the summer:

Deep cleaning of the entire accommodation.
Replace batteries so that no one is stuck with empty remote controls in the summer or winter.
Replace toilet brushes.
Descale kettle and coffee maker.
Add salt and rinse aid to the dishwasher.
Have the entire air conditioning cleaned.
Hose the terrace with a high-pressure cleaner.
Maintenance of swimming pool(s)

With a seasonal cleaning we always first have a conversation to name the parts that you want to have cleaned, this depends on the size of your property and your wishes and is not included as standard in our management service.

Check-in and Check-out

When you rent out your home, we will ensure that someone is present at check-in and check-out.

We receive the guests, give a tour and will explain how everything works in the home.
On the day of arrival, we ask the tenants to send a message when they leave from the airport, 1 hour in advance.
At check-in from 4:00 PM, we will receive the guests and give a tour of the home and discuss the house rules.
We explain how everything works: TV, WiFi, air conditioning, …
Key transfer.
We are available 24/7, in case of major problems we will also come to the location.
At check-out at 10:00 AM, we will briefly discuss the holiday and the home and check for damage.
