General Terms and Conditions Casa Lux Rentals<\/strong><\/p>


Article 1: Definitions
\u2022 Landlord: Casa Lux Rentals; a company that rents holiday accommodations.
\u2022 Tenant: The person who rents a holiday accommodation.
\u2022 Accommodation: The holiday accommodation that is rented, including all associated facilities.
\u2022 Rental agreement: The agreement between the landlord and the tenant for the rental of an accommodation.
\u2022 Booking costs: The costs that the tenant pays for reserving an accommodation.
\u2022 Deposit: The amount that the tenant pays as security for any damage.<\/p>


Article 2: Reservation and Payment
\u2022 Reservations can be made online, by telephone or by e-mail.
\u2022 A reservation is only final after confirmation by the landlord and payment of the deposit.
\u2022 The deposit depends on the chosen rate plan
\u2022 If the payment is not made on time, the landlord has the right to cancel the reservation.
\u2022 The stated prices include VAT, unless stated otherwise.<\/p>

Article 3: Cancellation
\u2022 Cancellation by the tenant must be communicated in writing (by e-mail).
\u2022 The cancellation conditions depend on the selected rate plan.
\u2022 The landlord has the right to cancel the rental agreement in the event of force majeure. In that case, the rent already paid will be refunded.
\u2022 The landlord reserves the right to offer equivalent accommodation if the reserved accommodation is not available due to unforeseen circumstances.<\/p>

Article 4: Use of the Accommodation
\u2022 The tenant must use the accommodation as a good family man.
\u2022 It is not permitted to use the accommodation for purposes other than holiday accommodation.
\u2022 The maximum number of people that may stay in the accommodation is the number specified when booking.
\u2022 Pets are allowed, unless otherwise stated in the description of the accommodation.
\u2022 Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation, unless otherwise stated in the description of the accommodation.
\u2022 The tenant is responsible for any damage to the accommodation and its inventory. \u2022 The tenant must adhere to the house rules that are present in the accommodation.<\/p>

Article 5: Deposit
\u2022 The tenant does not have to pay a deposit upon arrival
\u2022 The tenant agrees that, if damage has been suffered, this will be irrevocably paid for by bank transfer or agrees that the landlord will charge the credit card for the damage suffered.<\/p>

Article 6: Liability
\u2022 The landlord is not liable for personal injury or damage to the tenant’s property.
\u2022 The tenant is liable for all damage caused to the accommodation by him or his fellow travelers.
\u2022 The landlord is not liable for damage caused by force majeure.<\/p>

Article 7: Complaints
\u2022 Complaints must be reported to the landlord immediately after they are discovered.
\u2022 The landlord will make every effort to resolve complaints as soon as possible.<\/p>

Article 8: Applicable Law
\u2022 Spanish law applies to this rental agreement.
